An idea I had for group cosplay was that everyone goes as a different Cid. But to rep TLS we could just go as FFVII characters. Er... FFVII characters and Quistis.

Spoiler: Explanation

A phrase commonly uttered by the inhabitants of Deepground is “ズィーガー! P.S.!” [Sieger, P.S.!]

In the Single Player, the phrase “Sieger Weiss” was officially translated as “Hail Weiss”. Unfortunately we do not have it confirmed what the “P.S.” stands for. One guess would be that it is short for President Shinra. Ergo “Sieger, P.S.!” might be read as “Hail President Shinra!”

Unfortunately a costume is too much work and money for me though. But I like the idea of dressing up as Officer-East, walking around with my baton and saying "HAIL SHINRA!". If not Officer-East, then I'd pick some other obscure FFVII character that nobody will recognize.

Actually I wouldn't mind tackling an FFVII character, dunno if there'd be any call for the Quistis costume as a competition prize but the tie slide is silver and it's all hand-made. Still not finished because my sewing machine needs some attention though.

I like how it was all the Guinness and nothing to do with the wall-to-wall stress from the three weeks before the event. Four pints does not do that to me based purely on chub alone.
