It was all right, a bit predictable and yet had a few funny moments. I probably enjoyed it more than I expected because I was with my mum and little brother. Not sure if it sets things up for potential sequels, but I wouldn't be against it either. I'd give it 7/10.

I stayed awake past my bedtime, didn't fiddle with my computer while watching, didn't fall asleep, chuckled throughout. That's saying something. :monster:

Clerks.
I liked it so much, me and the BF decided to do Dante and Randall costumes on Halloween. I have basically the exact personality as Randall. A dude costume shall be interesting.

The Accountant

Pretty good. The couple action scenes they have are pretty brutal and efficient. Really good choreography. Only complaint is during a fight towards the end, it's in the dark in combination with some shakey cam, kinda difficult to tell what they're doing exactly, even if you can tell it's really well done.
Also, it has J.K. Simmons.

This. Also, the non-neurotypical humor moments are great without being offensive, and they did a good job with the character having reasons for his skills beyond his condition.

Finally got around to watching John Wick and Edge Of Tomorrow. I throughly enjoyed both movies. With John Wick it was nice to see action scenes executed with such style and grace. Plus the character of John Wick is just a total badass.

With Edge Of Tomorrow I was very pleased to find a big budget blockbuster type movie that actually remembers that stories are supposed to have emotional depth and character development.

I also appreciated the dark sense of humor that both movies had, which helped to keep things from getting to be to much.

Edge of Tomorrow was amazing, I enjoyed it so much more than Pacific Rim (both Hollywood films inspired by anime/manga). Wish I got to see it when it came out in theaters. Haven't seen John Wick yet, but my BF is a fan.

Finally saw Zooptopia/Zootropolis the other day.
This might sound typical to some (and I promise you now I am thinking on a deeper level here :P), but this is one of the greatest films I've ever seen. Maybe it helped that I had finished the four days of work and was looking to unwind, but for the most part I was sitting on my bed leaning forward, totally glued to the screen. I've never been that way with a film. It was genius. Judy Hopps is ridiculously lovable, and
my heart was broken at the scene with little Nick Wilde - first it had melted on account of how cute he was, then after the following horrible scene I was devastated

^I thought it was pretty good too. I'm surprised it hasn't taken off the way some other kids films have, but I suspect it's because the subject matter is actually pretty deep (relatively speaking)

^One of the things I had heard about the film beforehand was its clever dealing with sociological issues, so every time something relevant to such came up I thought to myself "Oh, yeah, that was smart" and it happened so frequently I was simply impressed from start to finish.

Snowden. Levitt, Stone, everyone, did an excellent job with this movie. As someone who has followed this story and intelligence programs since 2013, I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and Levitt's immersion considering that the movie is a dramatization. Also,
there's a sex scene ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Moana. Really fantastic songs, I loved every one of them, even one or two I was kinda iffy about at first grew on me and I was tapping my foot by the end. There's also some great designs in this, i enjoyed looking at every frame.

The pig's barely in it tho.. just a warning. The chicken is most of the wacky animal sidekick role.

The latest film I've seen was the spectacular Rogue One, but I felt that this video should be posted purely because of how much I wish it would play before every showing of every movie ever.

Seen Inside Out finally. Really enjoyed it. I'm wondering how many times my 'personality islands' have crashed into the abyss. I reckon I'm in double figures by now.
WHY DID THEY HAVE TO KILL OFF BING BONG?! THAT WAS GRATUITOUS

Also Big Hero Six, enjoyed that too.

rogue one, beacause off course.

Once again
the alliance / rebels / terrorists seem completely incompetent as a military force, with only a few handfuls of poorly equiped foot soldiers (with a complete lack of discipline or military tactics) and a few dozen (if that) TIE fighters that do anything. Why do capital ships in the Star Wars universe not have guns? The fuck is this. On that note, why does the Empire need a fucking planet-sized superweapon to fight them? Or to destroy a town or two for that matter. It goes from x-wing blasters and maybe some bombs to a fucking planet killer. Where's the middle ground? Argh! Have these guys not played Eve? It's like Eve Online but there's only fighters (think that VR game) and a single fucking

. If you bring a fleet of capitals, why the fuck do you rely on simple kinetic energy to destroy a pair of destroyers. On that note, what did those destroyers actually do? Not shoot, that's for sure.

Oh and a lot of dudes that do little else but run (somewhat comically) and die.

And why do you lot need plans? Dad, just tell them there's a hole somewhere and they need to shot some torpedoes in there. Also do these guys not have internet? Upload those plans to the internets, seed a torrent for a bit, I mean ffs. CD-roms? r'lyeh? You lot have hyperspace, surely you have reasonably okayish internet.

AAaaaAsdfoijhijkl. Okay so it had the biggest star wars space fites in the series (I believe), but still.

Kuroto and I saw The Beatles: Eight Days A Week - The Touring Years yesterday. Being an Apple Corps product, it was obviously trying to paint the Beatles in the best positive light, but the effect wasn't so bad that it stopped me from enjoying the film. I laughed a lot, at the Beatles' camaraderie, at their irreverent answers to stupid questions from the press, and perhaps most of all at how absolutely absurd their fans were. Mostly young American girls who just wouldn't stop screaming to the point where their live performances were completely inaudible. The film did a good job of justifying the band's decision to stop touring (their music already did that, but still).

I saw Rogue One for my cousin's birthday. He turned 8 on release day. I ended up getting him the Kylo Ren lightsaber for his birthday.

I certainly didn't expect Mustafar to make a return, let alone be the site of Darth Vader's castle.

Finally saw this film. Strong first act, however it kind of lost me from there, but I think the plot was really good throughout, and I really wanted to like it due to that. The second and third acts could've been portrayed better though :P. 3.5/5 stars.

Rewatched the entire Star Wars prequel trillogy and after looking at them with more critical eyes I came to the conclusion that....they´re quite good movies and that there´s a lot of good stuff that fans and haters don´t give them credit for.

While on the subject of prequel trillogy I found this channel and these 3 good videos:

Everything GREAT About Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace!
Everything GREAT About Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of The Clones!
Everything GREAT About Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of The Sith!

I watched Space Pirate wossface twice, but either the story / talking stuff is very confusing, or I had a very poor subtitle set. It's on Netflix now though so that should have a better translation. I wouldn't mind a series.
