Pineapple express? or epic movie? I don't need drugs to understand Epic movie, I need common sense to shut the DVD, eject the disc and throw it to the beggars out there.

I'm going to watch the 1984 film adaptation of 1984 in a minute, so far it seems to follow the book quite precisely. Speaking of, there's rumours (or something) of a third remake of the movie scheduled for release in 2010, which would be win imho, as long as they don't introduce funky sci-fi stuff or make large cuts to the story.

Watchmen. It was good, not as good as it could be, but better than most films out of Hollywood these days.

Just saw Watchmen today and I have to say, I loved it! It was a bit long but I can deal with that and the pace of it all was pretty good. I really enjoyed it, though there seems to be less hype about it.

I just saw Transporter 3, pretty predictable action flick. I clearly remember the previous one (which I saw part of, I'm not sure it was 1 or 2) to be better. There weren't as much action / fight scenes in this one, and they pretty much made it less awesome with their camera / editing (unstable shots, fast switching angles / scenes, etc). But oh well.

Edit: Oh, and Hellsing Ultimate 5, nazi zombies eating babies is win. Although that's not officially a movie, I think.

Quarantine.

Now, I'm liek obsessed with horror films. Nothing scares me. EVER. But this film had me leaving nail marks on the dude sitting beside me. I couldn't sleep at my own house for a few days because I couldn't stand being home alone. This movie fukd with me. : [ I don't care how many people say it's lame, that shit is insane.

OH and Watchmenz. I don't even remember the film <lol> but it was decent from what I do remember.

Little Children. Saw it before, but I still really enjoyed it. The ending still got to me ("Be a good boy"), but obviously didn't have the same impact as the first time. Quite a lovely film.

The People Under the Stairs

It's going to sound kind of weird, but it really reminded me Child's Play films. It was fucking hilarious, but at the same time it had little moments where it made you jump and itch around.

Wes Craven, woot.

Since I stayed in yesterday I watched a few films on the box. First up was A view to a kill - James Bond played by Roger Moore. Isn't the best of the bunch but it passed some time. Second up- Superman. I like it ( even if the whole "america is the greatest" theme does grate after awhile.) Third - Talladega Nights: The ballad of Ricky Bobby. Alright, not a fan of Will Ferrell but there was a few laughs to be had here and there.
