For what it's worth, since we had a certain group of people trying to pin all the leaks on us, I've personally had no luck extracting anything else beyond the jukebox music, some dialog clips, the videos (which is less "extracting" as it is just using the proper video player for the format), and some models (of things we've seen before, like President Shinra's desk). I have no idea how people are getting the above posted images from I have to presume is either the uexp or ubulk files.
These leaks have brought me out of long lurkerdom. Holy crap.
My burning question is where these supposed dialogue leaks are coming from. I've seen some text posted on 4chan but I'm dubious for obvious reasons. Are there any reliable pics of text dumps out there?

I'm not trying to look at this stuff but it seems as though the text dumps that some in the thread have had concerns about are real. At least that guy's leaks seem to suggest as much

And to be fair, that poster never posted the full or exact bestiary entries. He either was paraphrasing or didn't mine the full text.
Hell House is apparently a weapon, created by Don Corneo. Then it goes on to say no one knows how it was built. Not no one knows where it came from. So they either misread it, or something. But it explains what it is.
The entries for the Guardians of Destiny, or Whispers are:
Creatures that appear when someone tries to change destiny's course. They are connected to all the threads of time and space that shape the planet's future.... The physical manifestations of future destiny, they fight with swords/barehanded/guns (depending on the variant) to protect the future that shaped them.
I simply do not know what to make of this. It's intriguing but tbh I need to see the context of what this all is, and how it fits. Essentially, these Whispers are somehow entities created by the Planet, that are fighting to exist and maintain the future that spawns them. They appear to somehow force actions or whatever that spawns their destiny. Destiny, is a concept that is somehow connected to the shaping of a planet's future.... Which now apparently has creations or manifestations called Whispers that want to ensure their own survival. That's fascinating and deep but where does it lead?
Why are they connected to Sephiroth? He's nothing close to a Guardian of Destiny or protector of the planet's future. Has his existence in the Lifestream now warped the planet's destiny so terribly that he has now hijacked these entities to enact his will and purpose, thereby using the planet's own future protection system against it and further his ambition to become the god of said planet?
Sephiroth's goal has always been to become one with the planet. What better way to become one with it, by making it inevitable? It's destiny.
That would be an interesting flex to give Sephiroth, that's for sure. The main characters definitely aren't fighting for a future that is opposed to the continued survival and existence of the planet's future, they're fighting a future where Sephiroth achieves his goal and becomes one with the planet. Why would these entities want to protect a future where Sephiroth slams a Meteor into the Planet? Unless they're entities from the warped destiny that wish to fight for its existence?
Definitely would be a twisted turn of events...I guess we'll definitely need to play the game and see it ourselves to fully grasp this.
Also, summons in FFVII now have a clear explanation!
The summoned beasts are thematically and in lore, like the Eidolons of FFIX. They are creatures born from spirit energy, based on the legends and mythologies of numerous peoples that have existed since the beginning of time on the Planet. These conjoined memories of said legends, mythologies and folklore enter the collective spirit energy as part of the peoples' heritage, and manifest into these magical creatures, which the planet then creates or manifests via materia.
Ifrit is a god of fire thought to have given man the gift of flame.
Shiva is the manifestation of a queen who healed the planet's physical wounds with ice, which can still be seen in the permafrost of the polar lands.
Leviathan is unsurprisingly, a deity that was worshiped to protect the lands from floods. Most adherents of this belief system live in..Wutai.
Fat Chocobo is manifestation of a legendary chocobo which became a symbol of fertility and good fortune. It commonly appears in fairy tales.
Bahamut is a dragon deity worshiped by the earliest of the planet's civilizations. And it is believed there are many different versions, each with its own powers and unique appearances.
FFVII and FFIX share almost the exact same planetary lore and cosmology. Nevermind FFX, the world of FFVII and Gaia are like... The same now.
Jenova's besitary entry is perfect, to me. It's coy in its brevity. And I love how it teases the full nature of its abilities.
An ultrasecret Shinra experimental specimen. Information is scare, but it is believed to cause hallucinations.
So these seem to confirm the previous subtitle leaks.
We have the name of the new piece of Jenova encountered on the highway, Jenova PULSE. It seems to cause hallucinations and summon tentacles. I suppose the name refers to a sort of prenatal heartbeat preceding BIRTH.
The Whispers / guardians of destiny are confirmed to be manifestations of the planet's fate, attempting to prevent the future from being changed. They're internally referred to as FeelerPraeco, praeco being Latin for "heralds," though this term doesn't seem to appear in the localized text. The standard type is called Whisper Harbinger, however there are also manifestations that wield a sword, a minigun, and fists, which sound like dark counterparts of Cloud, Barret, and Tifa: Whisper Rubrum, Whisper Croceo, and Whisper Viridi. These three combine to recreate Bahamut as a boss battle.
Roche and standard SOLDIER 3rds are both encountered as enemies.
Corneo's lackeys make their way to the Sector 7 Slums at some point, searching for something. There's also a new gang controlling the collapsed road in Sector 6, Beck's Badasses, which are special types of the Vice enemies.
It seems there are several monsters from outside Midgar that Corneo bought on the black market, presumably fought in the Wall Market Colosseum: Bombs, Malboros, and Tonberries.
The DeepGround enemies seem to be released from an underground lab after the Sector 7 Plate collapse, located in or around the Slums and/or Sewers of Sectors 6 and 7.
There is also a second encounter with Abzu and its offspring in the Sector 6 Sewers.
Ifrit, Shiva, Fat Chocobo, Leviathan, and Bahamut are fought as VR Battles, and are given a bit of lore, seeming to be ancient deities worshipped in the past. Ifrit is said to have given humans fire, Shiva was a queen that healed the planet's wounds with permafrost, Fat Chocobo is a symbol of fertility and good fortune, Leviathan is a water deity worshipped by cults in the Wutai region, and Bahamuts are ancient dragon gods worshipped by the planet's earliest civilization, said to come in many different forms.
It might be, but if it is, I imagine it probably is more elegant and better scripted than what the original poster wrote.
Whoever that poster was, their spoilers were incomplete or inaccurate in some places. I guess they got so hyped at finding mention of Genesis they sorta flubbed the details or something
If G-Type SOLDIERs still exist, then that means that there were surviving Genesis Copies that were left behind after Crisis Core. G-Type SOLDIERs are the SOLDIERs from Jenova Project G. The SOLDIERs who carry Gillian Hewley's cells which had Jenova's genes in them.
Obviously we know Angeal is dead, and Genesis is in Deepground, "sleeping." So that means, the only G-Type SOLDIERs that would exist... Are Genesis Copies.
I thought they all were killed or rotted away thanks to Genesis' degeneration.
But... Genesis did get cured by the Lifestream. The Goddess removed his Degeneration.
So maybe it removed the Degeneration from the copies that suffered it. Remember, when Genesis began deteriorating, the copies deteriorated too. So... Perhaps it works the other way, as well.
And Shinra captured them and Hojo kept them around as specimens.
That would make sense. And Genesis Copies would basically be mindless, since there's no one to control them.
For what it's worth, now that things appear to be working properly (I had to extract stuff a different way...and I hadn't thought about opening the uexp files in Notepad, of all things), I'm viewing the dialogue files. I can sift through it to check. It'll just take a bit.... going to try and open all of them and search for "Hojo" so I don't have to do it one by one.
I should also note accessing the subtitle files is pretty easy, they're all in the "TEXT" folder:
So, trying to break down the entire gameflow based on screenshots, filenames, and chapter titles. Let's go!
Chapter 1: The Destruction of Mako Reactor 1
Featured locations: MAKO1 (Mako Reactor 1)
The demo covers this chapter, so we've seen it in its entirety, more or less.
Chapter 2: Fateful Encounters
Featured locations: TOWN8 (Sector 8 Residential Area)
After splitting up with Avalanche, Cloud sees buildings on fire and has a flashback of Sephiroth, which leads to a hallucination.
The area seems to have been expanded to allow for some more freedom of exploration.
Cloud meets Aerith and is soon after attacked by Shinra Public Security forces and must fight his way through the area to escape.
Chapter 3: Home Sweet Slum
Featured locations: SLUM7 (Sector 7 Slums)
Cloud arrives via the Sector 7 Station, travels to Seventh Heaven, reunites with Tifa giving her the flower from Aerith.
Cloud seems to have another vision or nightmare of Sephiroth.
Meetings with Avalanche and other folks in the Sector 7 Slums. Shinra Public Security arrives and harasses locals, taking Johnny prisoner. Tifa and Cloud rescue him.
More hanging out with locals and Avalanche members the next day. Wedge owns three cats. Subquests such as finding cats for a little girl, "Battle Report" scanning for a young boy, etc.
That night Cloud awakes to the guardians of destiny attacking Sector 7.
Chapter 4: Mad Dash
Featured location: TOWN7 (Sector 7 Residential Area)
Completely new game area, the residential district on the Sector 7 Plate. This is where Jessie lives, it turns out.
Seems to be a fairly small area with a main road that Roche and his pals use for bike racing. Roche seems to be part of a tutorial to teach you how to drive, and it seems you can repeatedly challenge him.
The party makes other preparations for the Mako Reactor 5 bombing mission.
Shinra Public Security forces show up, the party escapes using parachutes, presumably down to Sector 4? It seems like they then have the new bike chase sequence through the Sector 4 tunnels, but it's hard to gauge the flow here because the files aren't in chronological order.
Chapter 5: Dogged Pursuit
Featured location: TNNL4 (Sector 4 Tunnels)
Party enters the train, deals with security checks, etc. ultimately has to proceed through the tunnels on foot.
Eventually reach entrance to Sector 4 Plate via staircases. Lots of graffiti of Stamp.
Shinra Security forces equipped with flamethrowers.
New boss robot at the end of the area, looks like.
Chapter 6: Light the Way
Featured location: PLAT4 (Sector 4 Plate)
Party performs tasks to reach the Sector 5 Reactor, seems to involve overloading power generators.
Chapter 7: A Trap is Sprung
Featured location: MAKO5 (Mako Reactor 5)
Looks like a fairly short chapter that more or less sticks to the original game's depiction.
Chapter 8: <>
Featured location: SLU7T (Sector 7, Seventh Heaven)
Hard to tell what's going on here as there is only one clear image referring to Chapter 8, which shows Seventh Heaven. The chapter isn't even properly titled.
Chapter 9: Budding Bodyguard
Featured locations: SLU5B (Sector 5 and 6 Slums)
This section is very unfinished with lots of placeholder images.
Cloud falls into Aerith's church. New fights with Reno and Rude.
Cloud acts as her bodyguard to escort her home. Eventually sees Tifa being taken by Corneo, yadda yadda.
Subquests involving residents of the Sector 5 and 6 Slums, including some sort of Mog Club run by kids.
Looks like Cloud obtains the Nail Bat from Beck's Badasses, a gang of unique Vice enemies at the collapsed highway in Sector 6, as part of a quest involving an old woman who I believe is Mireille.
Chapter 10: The Town That Never Sleeps
Featured locations: SLU5B (Wall Market, Sector 5 and 6 Slums)
Lots and lots of sidequests and optional content. Various quests and characters involved in obtaining Cloud's crossdressing items.
New characters at the expanded Wall Market include a stylish tough guy named Andrea who I'm guessing is a Honey Bee Inn bouncer of some sort, and Madam M, who seems to run the Wall Market Colosseum and is probably the madam of Honey Bee Inn? Chocobo Sam runs the Chocobo Carriage service that it seems can be used to fast travel at certain points in the game. Leslie Kyle is here, also.
Cloud eventually sneaks into Corneo's place, rescues Tifa, and they get dumped in the Sewers.
Chapter 11: Rough Waters
Featured location: UNDG6 (Sector 6 Sewers)
Looks like a pretty faithful recreation of the original game. Not much we haven't seen from trailers and the Abzu boss fight video.
Chapter 12: Haunted
Featured location: GRAV7 (Sector 7 Train Graveyard)
Again, sticking pretty much to the original game. Ghosts, weird bug monsters that have cocoons everywhere.
Looks like the party finds Marlene hiding here?
Chapter 13: Fight for Survival
Featured Location: SLU7P (Sector 7 Pillar)
Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith make it back to Sector 7.
Confronted by guardians of destiny again.
Avalanche is fighting Shinra on the Sector 7 Pillar. Party joins the fight.
What happens happens; Jesse dies in Cloud's arms. Cloud fights Reno.
Pre-rendered cinematic of the Sector 7 Plate Collapse, probably.
Chapter 14-1: A Broken World / Chapter 14-2: In Search of Hope
Featured locations: SLU5A (Sector 5 and 6 Slums, Wall Market), UNDG7 (Sector 7 Sewers). UNDG6A (Sector 6 Sewers)
Everyone goes to Aerith's house, Marlene is left with Elmyra.
There's a scene of Cloud and Tifa embracing amidst the flowers in Aerith's church.
Subquests and minigames. New jukebox location. DeepGround monsters released into the slums / sewers. Wall Market Colosseum battles. Quests involving Mireille, Kyrie, and Johnny. Quests involving Andrea in the gym where Tifa's workout minigames are located. Mog club kids.
Party eventually seems to make their way through the ruined Sector 7 Sewers (new area) with quests involving Leslie and DeepGround monsters, and Corneo and a pack of Abzu and its offspring in the Sector 6 Sewers.
Chapter 15: The Day Midgar Stood Still
Featured location: PLAT7 (Sector 7 Plate)
Party climbs through the ruins of the Sector 7 Plate fighting airborne Shinra forces, eventually reaches the top; this is where the scene of them surveying the ruins of Sector 7 is located.
Chapter 16: The Belly of the Beast
Featured location: SBIL0 (Shinra Building)
Party infiltrates the Shinra Building and ascends it. Looks like everything from the original happens, plus some new stuff.
At some point Cloud has a vision of he and Sephiroth standing amid burning ruins (pre-rendered cutscene).
Party goes through the ducts, eavesdrops on the Shinra Executives meeting, where Hojo discusses things.
In Hojo's lab, Aerith is rescued and Red XIII freed, party fights Sample H0512.
Chapter 17: Deliverance from Chaos
Featured location: SBIL0 (Shinra Building)
Escape from the Shinra Building. Cloud has a hallucination? of Sephiroth at some point. Jenova's headless body is seen.
Lots of weird rooms, fights with experimental test subjects, robots, etc.
DeepGround monsters are fought.
Another fight with Sample H0512, maybe?
Weird encounter with hooded man / Sephiroth.
Fight with Rufus and Darkstar (new localization of Dark Nation).
Kind of interesting—honestly when sitting down and reading through the Chapters like this, it feels quite right for a full game to cover this part of the game. Of course it might seem that way just for that reason of how they scaled it, but it just clicked how much I might like this personally for storytelling value.

Crisis Core called the results of Jenova Project G, G-Type SOLDIERs, and those of course are Angeal and Genesis.
This is what G-Type SOLDIERs are defined as in the Crisis Core Complete Guide too. So given the terminology and explanation, I'm more inclined to believe Hojo has some Genesis Copies in storage as research samples. Since they're clones of Genesis and all that.
The Hellspawn of G, the Tsviets, share Genesis' genes but I imagine they presumably carry very little genetic material of Jenova since they're not direct products of the Jenova Project.
Weiss is considered pure, too. He's untainted by Jenova cells or anything, which is why he's considered a perfect host for Omega. So yeah, there shouldn't be any real Jenova in him to function as a G type.
