I didn't end up going out - not yet, at least - so here's the day's report.

DAY 5​

Bulletin board: The Engineer didn't specify an action for this day. Normally I'd make a player evacuate the mine in that situation, but since there is literally no reason for anyone in Avalanche to leave yet (zero danger and zero unclaimed Mythril), I'll give her a free dig. This is the only situation in which I'll do this. You've been warned!

Also, from now on, I'm going to start writing how much Mythril each party stands to get if the following day's dig is successful, as well as how dangerous the dig will be.

Kevin's Log: Day 5...another monster attack. I'm beginning to wonder if cooking delicious smelling bacon in a known monster's nest was perhaps not the best idea.

I must ponder this over a delightful bacon sandwhich. Ah yes, that will ease my worries.

Progress:

Kuroto, Doran Martell, Clement Rage and Keveh Kins are all knocked out! Claymore escaped in the nick of time and grabbed the Mythril that had been left behind in levels 1 and 2.

That is really terrible luck. I would like to remind you all that I randomly generate the results, so don't blame me! You'll have to spend tomorrow recovering before you can start mining again (Claymore can hop straight in again if he can find two new team-mates). I wouldn't worry too much, though; there is much more Mythril available towards the end of this event.

I choose to dig honorably and hopefully the good karma will help me at least place. I dig today, but after that I'm going to bail out for the time being. Don't want to put all my Mythril Shards in one basket. Octo, Engineer, good luck to you.
