The patch notes (and on that note, number of patches) seem very, very conservative. Which probably means they did most of the balancing and bugfixing in the betas.

Good job Blizzard, I recall in most of their other games they did huge swathes of rebalancing and shit for all of their other IPs / games; Overwatch feels very balanced, and it's only been recently that I gathered McCree's right click being a bit overpowered vs tanks.

It's that and Widowmaker being a little too tough with body shots. The balances are really good. D.Va's a character they're looking at improving, but that's gonna involve a lot more testing to determine how they want to go about it.
