Yeah... Maya's back, and fucking with Aya's head again. I wanna know what the hell is up with her face though. That trailer was epic. I'm really excited for this game.
And is that supposed to be Kyle at the very end of the trailer?
I'd kill to get PE1 & 2 released on PSN this December.
Do they ever do releases of games we didn't originally get? Like Xenogears or FFT?
Then again, they did start doing 'Japanese Imports' in the US store. Maybe they'll do some kind of US import line for Europe. Considering we missed out on a shit load of stuff
@ Splintered: I don't believe that this is a reboot of Parasite Eve, is it? I think that it's still technically a sequel, though it might be a different continuity (kinda like Ghost in the Shell).
Interesting. I'd assumed that it was Maya, her older sister that died that she had visions of in the first game, hence her walking through Aya. Does it say anything about it explicitly in the trailer? Nevermind, just heard her call the girl Eve. Also, a moot point, since Eve's possibly a clone of Maya.

I thought Maya was the darker haired woman walking towards Aya. But she calls Aya her older sister, so I might be confusing her with Melissa. Maybe I really need to play it again

The opening narration mentions the past and changing the future, the Twisted have something to do with time, Dr. Blank (who I totally thought was a woman at first until he spoke) that Aya is the only one who can rewrite the past, Gabrielle mentions going back in time three days.

Maya is sort of the cause of everything in PE1. Aya & her older sister Maya were in a car accident when Aya was little. Maya died in the accident, and Aya damaged one of her eyes. Aya had a cornea transplant from her older sister Maya, and Melissa Pearce (the girl who becomes Mitochondrial Eve) gets a kidney transplant from Maya. Thus why Eve & Aya have similiar powers in the first game.
I don't know too much about the second game, but I have a feeling that Kyle might make an appearance, since I think that might be related to the wedding scene in the game.
He probably means the huge tower structure that gets created in the opening, and there's a Red Mist around Aya whenever she posesses someone. I assume it'll be more explained in the game, but that's my guess. I'm almost SURE that's Kyle now, since he knows about Eve having appeared before. That also proves that this game isn't a reboot, and it's a sequel to PE1&2.
