I think you've done fine. I get if people are frustrated about this topic, especially in other threads. This one was created to have specific discussions around her though. I don't think people should be getting upset, as long as we keep this respectful. We've both said it before, we don't know what her future holds for part two, but I don't mind the discussion until then

Sorry if I upset you, Ody. I had just wanted to share an observation I'd had about it. Wasn't trying to argue. It's just, you more than anyone else here knows why what happened to her affected me the way it did, why it was so personal. And I never expected that SE would give her a chance like what they have.

I never expected them to give her a chance of survival, and the possibility of her being alive gives me something that I know I can never have from my own loss. I should separate the two, I know, but it's not easy, and I'm not sure how to do it. There's a reason I don't watch that scene very much. I haven't even captured the video of it yet for screenshots.

I'm not trying to be that way, I was just trying to present my ideas to people, is all. I'll be careful, though. It's just that the possibility excites me and I've been looking for clues and connections to confirm it.

I guess because when people argue against it, I feel like they're not listening to what I pointed out or taking in what I said and the observations I made. I shouldn't let it get to me, though.

There have been a couple of us that have listened though. We've even said your evidence makes sense. You just have to understand, that just because your evidence isn't enough proof for us, it doesn't mean you are wrong. We still feel strongly about our opinion, just as much as you do about yours. We just have to wait and see what is going to happen.

Thanks, and I guess that's true. I just hope the wait isn't as long as it could be. FFXIII-2 came out two years after FFXIII, so we might get FF7R Part 2 in two years if that timeline holds true. Which means we may start to hear about it as early as very late this year, hopefully.

I hope it's not a long wait as well. My guess was 2-3 year wait (3 years if Covid has a big impact). I think the Ultimania may give us some sort of vague info, but who knows. Maybe stuff at the end of the year, like you said, is a good possibility.

FF7R's 5 year development was only so long due to a lot of behind the scenes turmoil. Now that the teams in place and much of the ground work has already been laid, I think it won't take near as long.

Just did a little research on YouTube on the different ship videos for FF7R, trying to count up how many views each one has altogether for as many videos as I could find for each of them. I was a little surprised at the results!

I really thought Cloti would be a lot closer or even higher than Clessie, but that's not how it turned out. I didn't just count outright flirting videos either, but also videos doing comparisons of different outcomes from choices Cloud makes with them as well, along with videos of Aerith and Tifa's Chapter 14 scenes. I knew Clessie was getting popular, but I had no idea it was up to this level. Wow!
