Here is some more on Jessie from the Ultimania book. Look, they were planning on showing what Tifa was doing before Wall Market, just like I helped you make, Jairus. I wish that had made it in! We would have been able to see Jessie again before chapter 12...

Okay this one's only slightly related, but they mention Biggs:

I guess for our conspiratorial purposes, the thing to take away from that is the the Biggs scene was one of the first "new" scenes that was created. That means it must be very important.
