I'm actually replaying FFVII and just got through that part right now. Aerith is quite the spunky little thing. Very independent, and not afraid of danger for the most part. lol

Here here. And one of my favorites, though it may not be the exact wording:

That's why I love Aerith - cute, sweet, loving and gentle, but at the same time she has a strong will and is undeniably spunky. She may be associated with water, but Aerith definitely has an inner fire.

What's also nice about Aerith is at times, she's not just funny and spunky, she's plain epic.
