Just finished the singleplayer, . If I wasn't a cheap fuck and I had any friends that know and like the game, I might even consider buying it when it goes on sale and play the co-op. It doesn't have much replay value, on first glance.

Oh also, they're doing DLC for this one, and it's the pervfect platform for DLC.

Portal 2 DLC #1 is "targeted" for release this summer; it's not clear if that estimate is Normal Time or Valve Time, so don't mark up your Stephen Merchant calendars just yet.

To actually answer your question, Glados doesn't want to make you insane, she wants to make you feel like shit. Then kill you. Especially after you've killed her.

The first game is definitely engineered to make you feel paranoid. The second one is a bit more of a range, but it's still an experience, and the audio is a must, IMO.
