BREED ON, KEEN! XD But seriously, don't worry that you can't. I can always teach Sneasel Ice Beam or Blizzard. It's just that Ice Punch strikes me as more in character (it really needs a signiture move called Ice Claw, IMO).

But if anyone else wants to take up the challenge, I'm not fussed on gender or nature, and don't worry about nicknaming it.

Go to spriter's resource and pick out the exact trainer you want (and try to pick one no one else has yet so we can all be different). And once you let me know I'll work on it.

There's this one guy flipping a coin in the Heartgold and Soulsilver sprites but I can't get a lock on him...! He's wearing a brown coat and has a badass fedora right next to psychic female and below bird catching dude.

Or for badassness, I'll take Giovanni on his 3rd sprite, just mod it and add some spiky hair, colour his coat white and ya got my sprite.
