For what it was worth, I enjoyed the game despite its imperfections. :3 I've already beaten it twice now and almost a third time. I plan on doing professional when I'm not so burned out on it.

Yeah. It wasn't perfect but it was enjoyable. Here's to a lot of improvements on RE6

I would definitely like to see it be scarier. That's something I really miss; the element of surprise, the dark, ominous things lurking around every corner, jumping when you were attacked or couldn't find your way out. I hope - when they do release the sixth installment - that they take into consideration the complaints that fans have mentioned about this most recent game. Though I'm kinda glad the story has come to an end (albeit in a somewhat blase and uninspiring manner), there is always room for improvement.

Did anyone like Resident Evil Outbreak? I thought it was more traditional, with the claustrophobic level design. It looked good too. The only problem was the horrendous loading times that made the offline mode a waste of time.

I got Outbreak File 2 for £5, but I have to admit I never even finished the first scenario (one in the zoo). It also does that tiny non-pausing inventory which annoyed me (I get it for online, but I was playing offline), that bloody elephant who can walk through wall (not break through, just walk through). I might give it another try some day, but not right now.

I sure as hell did. They need to fucking do more of these if they're gonna just keep making RE an action/quasi-horror franchise, so us oldies who actually played the games to be scared can feel some semblance of the original theme.

HUNK should be in RE5 just so he can break people's necks and chuck grenades everywhere. I don't get why he wasn't in the Mercenaries.

Hell, he wouldn't even need to have a storyline reason for appearing. He should just randomly appear in a scene where Chris and Sheva are fighting against Majini and then just swoop in breaking people's necks and kicking ass. And then just run off shooting everything.

At least we get Jill Valentine in Mercenaries though. How does she play in it, and what equipment does she use?

Well I finally got a PS3 of my own, and a copy of RE5 and I'm enjoying the shit out of it.

First question though, is how can I unlock more files for viewing later? The only files I have are the "History of Resident Evil" and "History of the BSAA."

All of the files I've been reading from previous chapters haven't been added to it. I'm on chapter 2-2 so far.

It's not too difficult really at all. But I'm sure it'll get harder later on

Also I don't think you can access them for viewing later. I'm 90% done with everything in this game, but I can't view them, save for the handful of files there.
