edit: Fixed. Also shuffled the generic smilies a bit, moved the PS buttons to their own category. The smilie order was a bit fooked when you went to 'advanced' / the proper reply screene. If you look at the smiley screen, I've put "don't care" smilies at order 50, bigger / weirdly colored smilies at 100, and the ones I'd like to see up top 1 - 20 or so (there's 15 visible on the new reply screen)
