Imagine a Sonic MMO. A diverse world of loops, pinball-like action, tedious underwater sections to drown in, decent soundtracks, and raids where you and 100 others jump on and spin dash bosses . Hell, deviantART is full of Sonic OCs / palette swaps. Give them a character creation thing, and they'd go nuts. Not sure if said folk should be encouraged .

I'd really like it if they just released the really good widescreen ports of Sonic 1 and 2 for mobile on consoles. Better yet, fucking release S3&K on consoles already. It makes me so sad that they haven't. Fucking Michael Jackson.

S3&K is the only one he was known to be involved with, and that hasn't even been ported to smartphones even though the dude who created the S1 and S2 smartphone ports made a functional demo of it. Sega are really fucking weird when it comes to S3&K. It's infuriating.

No, S3&K is available on PS3 and Xbox360. It's part of some compilation or something but yeah.

It's been mentioned in this thread. S3&K isn't available on the PS3 at all though. "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis/Mega Drive Collection" is probably what tets is talking about, and that doesn't allow you to lock the games on to one another so they remain separate. All other Mega Drive compilations for PS3 only have Sonic 1 and Sonic 2.

Sonic 1 and 2 used to be available on PSN, but they went down a while ago (they may have gone back up, it's actually been a long time since I turned on my PS3). S3&K has never been available, but S3&K was up on XBox Live at one point too. So just the PSN didn't have it for some reason.

I'm going to pick it up. The sheer number of games on offer for such a low price is ridiculous. Most are available individually at a 75% discount aswell. It's crazy.
