Well, considering the current Spider-Man (Miles Morales) also isn't white, this would go a long way towards hinting that they might not be planning to use Peter Parker over the long term, wouldn't it?

Well, considering the current Spider-Man (Miles Morales) also isn't white, this would go a long way towards hinting that they might not be planning to use Peter Parker over the long term, wouldn't it?

The Spider-Man of Earth-616 (the mainstream version) is still Peter Parker. Miles Morales is the Spider-Man of Earth-1610 (the "Ultimate Marvel Universe," as it's better known).

At least until May when distinctions like that will no longer matter. Big changes are ahead.

Apparently there was some con with a Teen Wolf panel and the press were instructed that they were not allowed to ask Dylan O'Brien Spider-Man questions.

Either Marvel is hiding something or the organizers just wanted to make sure the topic didn't derail. Probably the latter.

We did already know this. Marvel is literally regurgitating the same shit over and over and every time the media goes crazy like this is breaking news.

Also confirms that it's no origin story and that they have a design for the suit which is gonna be different than previous ones.
