I didn't think they could ever snag Sora. It seemed like a lost cause and the ultimate corporate red tape challenge. I legit had my money on either Crash, Dante or a Nintendo character of obscure but memorable fame.

Naturally, those who expected the aforementioned characters probably hoped and expected hard and now have been driven into despair

In my heart of hearts I was hoping for Phoenix Wright, but Sora really is the best character they could have gone out on, especially considering he won the smash ballot all those years ago. I'm surprised they even kept the Mickey on his key blade.

Woulda liked a Deltarune mii costume though. Need more of that Toby Fox music in the game lol.
