The mii costumes are out now, and the SEPHIROTH CHALLENGE™ is no longer available if you update the game. It breaks my heart a bit to see my boy Geno as just a mii costume, and not even one with a helmet, but in the end it's pretty remarkable he got into the game in any capacity.

Oh and I was right, Cloud's spirit uses his OG art now

I don't really know/care about Xenoblade, but at least it's a female character (characters?) this time. Haters gonna hate but I generally enjoy sword characters (I haven't actually played Ultimate in forever, but still). I get why people are tired of them, though.

Idk, other than Sephiroth I've been pretty indifferent to the new character announcements. I'd like a Souls rep, but I doubt it'll happen at this point. That, and I'll never get over Isaac being just an Assist Trophy - Psynergy/Djinn had a lot of potential, IMO. Also, we're never getting another Zelda character, are we lol

I think they've also just plain run out of crowd pleasers. There's no character that will make everyone happy anymore. I know a ton of people want Crash Bandicoot, but even he's a pretty B tier character at this point.
