Squall/Cloud will still be a vile pool of uninteresting drivel and long awkward pauses. I love Square crossovers but forever hate the Squall/Cloud that has come forth because of them.

While this doesn't surprise me, I've never actually encountered this. That scene in KH2 surrounded by Heartless is so badass, why do people have to make it romantic?!

You've never seen Squall/Cloud? Have you been actively hiding from fandom? I think it's more popular than Squall/Rinoa. And Dissidia is pretty much a giant fandom sausage fest party, and we're all invited.

Remember, force, we're dealing with Standard AU rules of shipping. Saying 'fuck off' to someone else in an AU can be grounds for eternal shipping.

Ugh no. If anything, FF8 cements the fact that they'd be an awful couple. And I like both the characters as far as FF8 characters go.

Also, you don't need a reason to ship Cloud/Squall. Ship it because it's sexy

Squall was an asshole. Rinoa was annoying in a way the complimented Squall's assholishness at least.

Seriously, the three best characters in that game were Laguna, Kyros, and Ward in the dream sequences.

Yeah, it happened to all of the team, but Quistis was probably the most disappointing. Selphie got Trabia and Zell got his little save Balamb garden. Quistis. I don't even recall any of her lines...
