Okay seriously, I think for a brief moment when Cloud was Zack, there was chemistry between the two. But that's as far as I go with it.

If a Clerith says that Cloud love Aeirth at that moment, I'd agree or at least not argue with them. Everything else though... it's all about Tifa. That's all I'm trying to say here. Some of you think if I say one nice think about Aerith I need to be burned at the stake. Jesus, calm down. I could come up with worse... how about this:

We know how Aerith and Tifa felt. But Cloud was as forthcoming about his feelings as a block of stone. Unless you count him beating the shit out of Aerith as chemistry....

Cloud loved Aerith so much that he resolved himself to die in AC so that he could be with her. He clearly wasn't happy with Tifa and it wasn't until he heard Aeirth say "Why don't you forgive yourself?" that he decided to live, realizing that's what she wanted.

Sounds like a typical PN thing to say. It rolled off your fingers rather naturally if I might say so.....

Date = opportunity to get to know the person, then if you're serious you can take it further. Just because you go on a date doesn't mean you're going to start making out. Heck, none of them really does.

Too bad for them it's canonically established that ZaCloud's emotions are not Cloud's, and therefore actions of ZaCloud cannot count as evidence of emotions of Cloud.

At the end of the Temple of the Ancients, after Cait Sith's tragic death/rebirth. But she took it like a man, because that's what you do when you're in love.

I honestly don't see why people complain about Ehrgeiz. It's just a playable C/T version of what happens with Aerith in the original game!
