I've noticed that some Cloud/Aerith fans adore Cloud and hate Zack for no other reason than Zack stole Cloud's apparent thunder and view Cloud as sex on legs, whereas most Cloud/Tifa fans I've met seem to prefer Zack. What is up with that? o_o

For one reason, a few of the girls, though exactly how many I can't say, fell in love with Cloud, while identifying themselves as Aerith. So Aerith can't love Zack, so Zack has to be everything bad or not as good as Cloud. The same applies to Cloud not loving Tifa, because she's nowhere near as good as Aerith they are, natch.

It's an emotional attachment to an ideal they can't get away from.
Hilariously, this is much the same thing they rag on Tifa for and can't ever admit to Aerith doing, even though the reverse is closer to the truth.

FIRST they say it's not an important gift from Zack cause Zack only paid for it and then they say that Aerith had to replace that ribbon cause that's the only way she could move on and forget Zack O_o

and then they say that the Zerith scenes were more like friendship like but they're also rehashed clerith scenes which they claim to be romantic...@_@

Consistency has never been a game the hardcore Cleriths play, KK.

There's a reason I always get on their case about overall context and consistency. Because they never take into account how saying a single scene is X also affects Q, R, and F too.

As for 'Cloud only lived at 7th heaven for a year', that neither fits what we are told or the current feelings of Tifa and the kids, all of which indicate his full seclusion was a recent thing.

But again, it's not about fitting their hypothesese to the facts, but the other way around.

Because he's Zack.

After playing Crisis Core I found him more appealing than Cloud, not only because of his sexy ass manlier appearance but also 'cause of his personality. Zack is a total dork and has a genuine heart of gold. A great guy, s'all, and anyone who says otherwise needs to either get their eyes checked or get a heart.

Also, they are going after him without even knowing it 'cause Clerith!Cloud is much more like ZCloud than real!Cloud.

See? He is just THAT awesome.

It has nothing to do with him getting that bitchy Aerith out of our way, reallyz.

That's ironic, considering that other Clerith post screen capped said Vincent and Lucrecia were pretty much over so he should hook up with Tifa. You know, because it suited their needs then.

So if Lucrecia=Aeris and Vincent=Cloud, then what they're really saying is...

Lucrecia Aeris is gone and never coming back to the world of the living, so Vincent Cloud should just move on and hook up with Tifa. Vincent Cloud and Tifa look cute together, anyway!
