Also I think Sora is a pretty crappy guy. eh kills Demyx and doesn't make me happy... or afraid of... yeah... I don't like Sora He became a younger version of Tidus.

It is apparently a prequel, and may have a cameo by young Sora, Kairi, etc.

And Sora and Tidus aren't particularly alike besides the irrepressible cheerfulness.

Well, I was hoping someone could explain it from a Clerith perspective in a way that made sense. I guess I won't hold my breath.

FROM THEIR POINT OF VIEW NOT MINE!

It wasn't in the original FFVII, therefore it's the player's choice whether or not it's canon (Much like Zack's death) and it may have been added to appease the Clotis. IE: Clotis think Cloud stroking her cheek is canon while the Cleriths don't have to type stuff. My standpoint:

Funny, I thought canon was what the writer(s) decided was part of continuity.

And this. This is what really puzzles me.
a) Why do Clotis need "appeasing"? Has there been an epidemic of Clotis slitting wrists?
b) Like I asked earlier today ... why is any cloti-leaning scene designed to "appease Clotis" or "throw them a bone," but any clerith-leaning scene is designed to reinforce canon, even when it's in an AU? Can the hypocrisy get any more blatant?
