I figured, but I wished to mention other examples of the long stretches indicating the overness.

It's why I wanted TNC to open up. I can't bring this stuff up to them at CxA, but I do want to talk to them about it. I was mislead once too, so I know how to talk to these people... and I hope none of them are taking offense if they are reading this

Ah yes. That's not even an "up to interpretation" quote. It flat out says he's happy with Tifa, but you know, they don't see it so it must be inaccurate.

Ya, I'm sick of seeing the comments about it at CxA. They act like that joke is confirmation for all their claims that Tifa is a moron down through the years.

Haven't played the game, but I've seen the scene on youtubez. Thought it was cute and funny, myself.

I'd like to point out that Tifa is described as intelligent by Nanaki in CoN, therefore she is not a moron.

I think a few of them just use the Aerith calling Cloud a koibito to disprove that Aerith still has feelings for Zack or something. And again, it's some other people's views not mine.

Because whatever Aerith says is confirmation of canon. Aerith can't lie. She can't be in denial about Zack either, because she said they weren't exactly serious. That's canon right there.

Aerith's words mean more than her actions, TTLY.

Never mind that it makes her seem like a total bitch trying to totally monopolize Cloud without any other sort of reason other than he fell on her flowers and acts like her first love (oops, I forgot that she got over him very easily).

She never went after Cloud because he reminded her of Zack. She just happened to fall madly in love with Cloud at first sight, hence getting him to be her bodyguard for one date within minutes of their meeting. Oh no, that's not very whorish, not at all.

Oh yeah, she doesn't care that Tifa likes Cloud either--because she totally loves Cloud for no reason, it's okay for her to openly flirt with a guy who her supposed friend likes too.
