Yeah, that sucks. Though, truth be told, I read that, according to good manners, the person who sees the other person first should be the one to move over. *shrugs*

But if the sidewalk has room for two people, and I'm walking by myself, and two people are walking my way side by side, one of them should move over so I can walk still. These assholes in my neighborhood never do that, they just walk as if they own the sidewalk and I have to walk around the grass or street. It's annoying how inconsiderate people are in LA.

One of these days this is going to happen and I'm going turn around and tell the person(s) about this. It seriously pisses me off and it nearly happens everyday on the way to work/school.

The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a construction company that filed a suit against the late Choi Jin Shil. The court ruled that “Models who fail to maintain appropriate dignity as the faces of the products they represent should compensate for the damages caused to their advertiser.”

In March 2004, Choi Jin Shil was hired to be the representing model for Shinhan Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd and that if she were to damage the company's reputation, she would have to pay back 500 million won (about $399,361USD). Later in the year, Choi's bruised face, allegedly caused by the abuse of her then husband Jo Sung Min, appeared everywhere. The company filed a suit against her, requesting 3 billion won for the "damages" to their image.

"We use this model so that their image will attract customers," said the Supreme Court in the ruling. "The model's failure to maintain a decent image is a breach of contract." As a model, it was said she is supposed to represent "dignity and happiness." And as the company's model, she is obligated to appear as such.

In other words, Choi Jin Shil was successfully sued because her husband was beating, and she wasn't "dignified" or "happy" about it. What I hope is that the company's image is even more tarnished now that they decided to go through with this, nine months after the woman has been dead. It's really sad that her family now has to deal with this, along with the custody battle for Jin Shil's children as well.

Similar to the jogging thing, I hate when people straight up make a bee line toward the place where you're already standing and expect you to move out of their way.

More specifically, this happens to me most often at work, where I'll be standing between some clothing racks taking care of stuff and some jackass will decide that the actual aisle is not good enough for him/her and that it is necessary to cut through my area and specifically choose whatever racks I'm standing between as the path they absolutely must take.

Walk AROUND obstacles, not INTO them, kthx.

What pisses me off is when a 'friend' takes you for granted, and takes your hard work to encourage him or her for granted, including monetary help, turning on you and then proclaiming you as the most horrible person in all the cosmos, all because he or she disagrees with you over something fictional!

I also hate passive aggressive tarts who try to be sweet and innocent while they badmouth you about something that happened two months ago on a forum you both visit, all the while trying to downplay their actual contribution to the matter, and essentially spread self-serving propaganda on an issue no one should actually care about just to keep up their "woe is me" act. Shove it up your ass.

Korean suicides are the highest rated reports now - it's a real shady business in my opinion at Korea. Recently an actress killed herself because reportedly she had been forced to sleep with her producer. Another one killed herself a few years back because she was getting looked down at after an affair, and a another actor killed himself after owing a ton of money to a media company. Also, recently the ex-Korean president of Korea killed himself by jumping off a mountain....

So yeah. Lots of suicides. o_O

The fans of the boyband threatened to kill her and her family or something, they got her address and everything and eventually she killed herself.
