Okay so, the other half and I have finished. And this came about as quite a shock because we were going to meet up and shit in about two weeks time (he lives in Durham, we have mutual convention buddies). So he talks to me last night and says that he is "not feeling" us emotionally anymore, but still wants to meet up with me.
This pissed me off because I had booked a room for us to stay in, and I'm really not the type to share a bed with a guy who doesn't feel what he used to for me (if he ever did AT ALL) and just wants me physically now (which is obvious). It's obvious because when I said that I wouldn't be comfortable meeting up with him now as it would be quite awkward, he started to say he was feeling iffy and it was probably just a 'moment.' I pretty much just pressed on with it being too awkward and he goes on to try and make me feel sorry for him, because now he will have to find somewhere to stay in Machester on his own...spending more money. He pretty much put this all on me.
Now, if he actually gave me a reason as to why we should end it, other than not feeling it 'emotionally' which I have NO IDEA what the fuck that means, or that he's feeling iffy, I would be quite happy to remain friends with him. But he started to be a dick then, getting all up in my grill, so I just stopped being a doormat and agreed when he said MAYB WE SUHLD STOP TALKN 4 AWHEIL. He didn't say it like that, but probably should because he is acting like a 5 year old. But yeah, he didn't like that I agreed, it shocked him, and I actually feel much, much happier.
MORAL: GIVE A GIRL/GUY A VALID REASON FOR ENDING SOMETHING BEFORE THEY THINK YOU ARE A TOSSER AND END IT FOR YA.
