I agree with X. I just got out, and I remember maybe 10 things. Most of which are because they were in the trailer. I will say though, the cast change does WONDERS for making this movie more watchable than the others. There's just nothing here though.

Can I just say the sexualization of his daughter is really creepy? First off, she looks young for her age, and looks like a 12 yr old piling on makeup cause it makes her look more "adult". Let alone the fact that the film makes a point that the character is 17 yet longingly focuses on her short shorts

True, I think it's actually 15 here in canada. But in the movie it's illegal and treated as such, but let's all pop a boner anyway.

It is a decidedly odd choice on the filmmaker's part to call attention to the matter like that in a movie ostensibly about giant robots beating the crap out of each other.

Really? I fear for the future if this is considered published-worthy quality.

(I say this still thinking that the movie was okay, but I agree with the rest of you - I also got nothing. The one point from the movie that really intrigues me is the "creators" talk. Makes me wonder who they are talking about.)

So of course the UK gets an exclusive comic from Titan that is a prequel of the Age of Extinction movie, in which I would love to get my hands on! Anyone in the UK willing to track down a copy of the first three issues for me and send them to me (I of course will pay you with some for your time if you wish)? From what I've been told, they're sort of aimed at children, but eh - I don't care.

So really, anyone in the UK willing to help me out? Anyone? (I am begging.)

Actually, yes, and I may have solved the problem of things being exclusive to across the pond. I just hope it goes through and no problems. Thanks though; my request was before I found some things out. Thanks to you and everyone though. :)

Unless they release multiple movies a year each featuring different characters building a larger world, I'm pretty sure it's just gonna be "standard franchise with spin-offs" :monster:

Without proper vision and ideas or goals, it'll be difficult to pull it off. Plus it looks expensive to render a transformer for spin offs without spamming irrelevant human scenes.

D-Does this mean that they might actually develop something worth seeing?

Because after the last one, I just don't think that I'm capable of bringing myself to see another one of these. I even like the first one more than most people I know did, but the fourth one was one of, if not the most excruciating experience I've ever had watching a movie.

When I went to see it, there was a guy waddling along in a coke can box transformer outfit (which is odd considering we're a town of 35,000 people and the most we do for movies is wear a shirt that's somewhat related), so that made it at least worth going to the theatre, if not for the actual movie

So I'm not sure how well any of you are keeping up with the 5th Transformers movie, but I've been on a kick lately, especially with the comics.

I'm not posting any links or images because there are too many and I cba at the moment. :monster:

I don't really consider any of this spoileriffic because it's been posted on social media for the whole word to see. If the mods wanna tag it, please feel free. Most of it is speculation.

-The title of the 5th movie is 'Transformers: The Last Knight'. They say the title may allude to a future crossover franchise of some kind, but Idk.
-Marky Mark is obviously back, and I'm not exactly thrilled... but considering I didn't like the teenage daughter even more and she hasn't been recast yet, I'll take Marky Mark back any day.
-The story may connect with the legend of King Arthur; an actor named Liam Garrigan has been cast in the role.
-There is also a sideplot to do with Hitler and the Nazis? I have no idea what that could be... I just know that the production came under fire while filming in Europe because they used Winston Churchill's old mansion as a set for some type of Nazi headquarters... which I can understand why it would piss people off.
-Jush Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson are back reprising their roles as Colonel Lennox and Robert Epps, respectively (which I'm actually excited for, because they are some of the few human characters that I really like).
-Also, Anthony Hopkins has a role in this. :monster:
-The Combaticons may be making an appearance, namely because concept art with Onslaught has already been posted on the movie's official IG account.
-Optimus's purple optics in the teaser poster may hint at some things, according to some fan theories... Either we will be seeing an appearance from his dopplegänger, Nemesis Prime, or my least favorite, Optimus may become corrupted over the course of the film and end up becoming the enemy. Me no likey this. It's Optimus fucking Prime ffs, don't make him into the bad guy. Again, who knows how viable these even are.
-Also, Megatron is back. How shocking.

I... I don't know how well all of these elements are going to mesh together, but if they do it the right damn way, could be a kickass ride.

Ijs, if it could possibly redeem the franchise (for me, personally) of that god awful 4th movie, I'll consider it a success (again, for me personally).
