Still pre-ordered, though. Buying the Uncharted 4 PS4 was actually cheaper than buying a regular PS4 and the the game separately.

Yes. I ordered the special Uncharted 4 PS4, so I won't get it until release time.

I think when I ordered it said it would ship out on the 5th to arrive by the 10th, so we'll see.

My advice is to unpack it as quickly as possible and plug it in immediately, because it's going to have software and shit to download and install before you can play the game! Ogle while all that shit's going on

I have some juicy spoiler-free tidbits:

How is the humour? As good as ever?

Yes and no. There's still a lot of wit and the chemistry between characters is incredible. Especially the brothers, there's a few exchanges that made me chuckle and they really do feel like brothers. The game has a darker tone to it all though, things are less wacky and more straightforward this time and Nate has matured a lot as a character.
To be honest it's a very nice change of pace. It's not a negative as it fits very well.

and does the story feel strong throughout?

Yes! Definitely. It has clear motivations and doesnt stray from them. It's very consistently well paced too and keeps driving forward all the time. A very nice improvement over U3s messy pacing. Globe trotting doesnt feel shoe horned in this time.
