I really like it so far, though I'm surprised they only came up with 37 minutes' worth of music that they felt like releasing in four years. I also wish all their albums weren't volume compressed to hell. The VU meter on this is constantly in the red, which is a terrible way to master a record.

Edit: the last.fm rumour mill is claiming this is only half the album or that there's a forthcoming collection of B-sides, which would make sense.

This is Epic with a capital E. It also reminds me that I should listen to Manilla Road moar, since this is extremely reminiscent of that band thus far. Also pretty reminiscent of Bathory's epic works like Twilight of the Gods and the Nordland albums.
