DL'd Ulver too, my rip sounds a bit quiet so I guess it's either an early rip or the album's not participating in the loudness war, which should be good for quality . Will give it a good listen later, first impression is positive, but not overwhelming (yet). Then again, I don't think Ulver's the overwhelming kind of band, but just 'Ooh this is really good'. At the time, quite different from anything I had in my libary too.
Again, Aaron, I scold you for only giving me Nattens Madrigal back in the day (or scold me for only downloading that one), as while it's an okay album that's sure to get on everyone's nerves with its screetching guitars, it's nowhere near representative for what Ulver's turned into.
Septic Flesh - Babel's Gate
Their 2008 album is moast likely one of the best symphonic (death? not sure lol) metal albums evar, and overshadows all they've released before that.
