Well, I damn near crippled myself financially for the month by picking up a PS3 to play it on, so... Seriously, I think I may envy you.

I liked that they fixed that cape thing. I mean obviously I understand he transforms and his somewhat "supernatural" type of character in AC, but that was a little bit of a stretch for me, and really weird looking.

It might be a dumb/obvious question so I'm sorry in advance, but for ACC am I correct to assume that they went and redubbed the entire movie (or the majority of it)? I'm talking about the other characters, I already know about the Marlene situation.

Man, I want to hear the redubbed lines~!

Hmm, well I'll hopefully be getting a PS3 for my birthday, though it will probably end up being my parents new Blu-Ray player. >.< As to the situation I have no idea but the ACC spoiler forum will be the best place to hunt for answers on that.

But from what Manti said I would guess that the did go back and redub the majority, if not entire, movie.

Which reminds me, I found a great song that I want to make a Vincent AMV to, and if it turns out pretty good I may enter it into an AMV competition. Either that or my DMC video which I have yet to finish.

Also, I was wondering if anyone has any tips on making signatures on photobucket. This is my second effort, and I think it came out okay...

Not a 'dumb' question at all! But, honestly, I don't know. Kadaj has some new lines, Rufus - I am going to guess they did.

I would have hoped you were smarter'n me, Ari. And no, I'm not on HOME. Due to the situation of the village where I live, I can't get online with my PS3.

Re-recording - yeah, the majority of it has been re-recorded. Cloud, Rufus, Reno, Rude, Kadaj, Loz, Yazoo, Marlene, Denzel... lots of characters have new lines. Cid now says "Shera" instead of "Sierra" referring to the airship. Tifa's lines have all been redubbed - for the better, IMHO. She sounds much better now. Also, I don't feel like killing Marlene whenever she talks now.

Also, ACC makes me think that Kadaj (at least) is far more a vampire than Vincent ever could claim to be - summons monsters to his side,

I hope this hasn't been discussed elsewhere, if it has I apologize- I was wondering, in ACC there's the conversation between Cloud and Vincent, you know:

So, I was wondering... do you guys think that conversation ever happened? What do you think that conversation went like?

I assume it did, because 1. You see how quickly he wanted a phone after that, and 2. you could say DOC was his attempt at forgiving his past sins. But I was curious to see what people thought of it.

As much as I find it very rude, I figure Cloud and Vincent's phone manners are the same - quick, to the point, on and off. No niceties, no extra greetings or side notes; all serious, all blunt.

Saying this, I think that conversation, if it did happen, or would, happened (or would happen) in person.

Even then, how I view the two characters, the conversation would probably be an intense few minutes of deep philosophical talk, and then left to the wind. While I feel they would both carry on the dialogue with each themselves inside, there'd be no further discussion between themselves with anyone else.

But does Kadaj sparkle in the sunlight? That's what I'd really like to know.

Sorry, had to correct you there. In ACC, there's some changes to the signs for places - the roadsign at the beginning clearly refers to Edge as "MIDGAR('S) EDGE", and Healin Lodge is signposted simply as "Healen" (note difference in spelling).

'Course, I can see that locals may well refer to Midgar Edge simply as Edge, as many placenames are shortened to more easily said ones.

I don't think we're being very fair; truly I think Yuffie got the number when everyone else did - sort of an 'around the world' or 'down the line' type of thing.

I think that Vincent wouldn't mind so much, if she - wasn't herself. Or, in other words, nagging about - calling all the time like a collection company.

Now that I think of it, I wonder why Vincent told Cloud to tell Yuffie not to call him. I can't help but think - I do believe Yuffie is Vincent's kryptonite.

I always believed Nero was intimidated. After all, about the only female company he'd had for years was Shelke and Rosso. Plus, he's so gay.

It's pretty obvious that she did get it from either Vincent himself or from one of the others. I expect Vincent only expected them to use it in an emergency, though.

I was looking on a FF7 screenshot gallery and they had a few shots of Vincent in Ehergiez (sp?). It was so, so weird to see him in a fighting stance like a boxer.

Welcome back Cloud-chan! *hugs little sister* Long time no see!

I think I'd probably piss myself if Steven Blum called me with his Vincent voice on. Either that or faint, one of those total fangasm moments. XD

And I have Ehrgeiz, really fun for a random classic fighting game, and I love Vincent in the beach capture the flag game. Especially in his Turk outfit, if only because then it cues memories of really random fics I have perused over the summer... But I am being random again.

And Vincent's ringtone: According to the Wired magazine chart of how to select a ringtone, his would either be Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake (provided Yuffie dragged him along to buy advanced tickets to a comedy movie) or Super Mario Bros.

I am now left with this image of Vincent jumping around and eating mushrooms to grow to giant size while jumping on turtle shells... O.o
