I had FFXV Windows Edition for my gaming laptop. It definitely didn't crash often but it definitely had issues here and there, like periodic stutter. Drove me nuts. Overall looked quite amazing though.

I'm not sure where to put this, but I have finally got the platinum trophy for the remake! I didn't get the avatars I thought I was supposed to get for platinuming the game, though. I emailed sony/psn so I just have to wait and see if I get them.

Well, I just spoke to sony/playstation chat about the avatars. They said that the avatars/code (for the Final Fantasy VII Remake avatars) will usually be sent to the email associated with your playstation account within 14 days of getting the platinum trophy. And if I don't receive them by then, to contact them again and they will sort it out for me.

It can't mean that. That was in the old version. That didn't qualify as "blood."

Blood means the red stuff. So they obviously added real blood somewhere. I doubt they'd redo old scenes for blood. They could but it's more likely it's from Episode Yuffie.

I've been a bit confused if "Intergrade" is just the Yuffie stuff or if it's the whole PS5 version of the remake.

It's the whole PS5 FFVII-Remake including Yuffie's DLC.

Interesting, so I guess the Yuffie DLC is going to be slightly more bloody than chapter 12 was (which I think was the most relatively bloody (in terms of human blood) the Remake got IIRC). Though probably not more graphic than FFXIV's bloody content (who's Teen rating does list animated blood as part of it) albeit rendered with higher fidelity.

I mean it is in, it's just purple blood and other bodily fluids. And I doubt that will get changed to red since IIRC the developers stated having to modify it to non-human blood was a required compromise to get a T rating.

Well, I just spoke to sony/playstation chat about the avatars. They said that the avatars/code (for the Final Fantasy VII Remake avatars) will usually be sent to the email associated with your playstation account within 14 days of getting the platinum trophy.

In case haven't already done so, make sure your account allows Sony to send you promotional emails. I think that's why most people haven't received or heard of the avatars.

I have a funny feeling we'll get some gory gore (not that extreme though but still..) via modding as soon as FFVIIR/I makes it to PC. As well as a bunch of other fun stuff a la changing outfits, for sure.

Okay, those Final Fantasy VII Avatars must be like gold dust to sony... I've been on chat to several different people. One told me I cannot get them because at the time I got the trophy I wasn't signed to get emails with sony. Another told me to phone sony. Another told me to send a pic of the trophies and that she'd get a specialised team to look into it and send me an email. Why is it so hard to get these avatars? And why are some chat support people so...rude (the first one was very rude and just really unhelpful)? Anyway... Urgh. I just want those avatars...

Edit: Why can't SE just sell me those avatars separately? Let me buy whatever ones I want?

They did that for KH 1.5-2.5 and 2.8 for the PS4 too.

I'm just shocked it's a separate download and not just something already in the game files. I'm pretty sure the PS3/PS4 KH themes were, anyway.
