Unit of choice tickets are here! You need to get 10 to summon one and as far as I know tickets are hard to come by but it doesn't matter it'll be way easier to get 5* bases this way.

I see equipment enhancement is back, I loved that, a lot of fun so glad to have it back!

Yeah managed to upgrade revolving saw with one of the rare ability drops (which is I think around 15% atk +) on floor 2 so ended up just getting increase defence each turn and mp restore each turn and then calling it quits. Hits rather well now

I'm going to start from tomorrow I've still got Squall up for the last day of the MK event so I don't want take the saw off when someone might need to use him

Glad to see a new raid up and about collect a lot more cactuars and gil this way rather than the dunes. Originally I was gonna see Orlandeau for chaining on the raid but my Olive can one shot the raid boss and is needed for the omega trial so she's the better option for peeps, until 7* I was never a big fan of olive but she's a heck of a damager.

Was a bit annoyed the weapons upgrading event ended during maintenance, instead of ending the following day like all other events. Almost had the 10% trust moogle.

Yeah I don't know why they did it a day earlier than planned ?

Definitely weird but everytime I do the 5% daily and then use a 3* ex ticket I've got a rainbow case in point the two ex tickets we got in the log it's this month gave me blues, used an EX ticket right after and each one has given me a rainbow, Basch, Nichol and now Gladiolus

Sooo, these select tickets, we're being screwed over in comparison to the JP version.

They get 1000 mk currency one which we don't we only got the 150000 one and they had two MK events where they weren't introduced to us, their ffviii event had them which we didn't get and another one.

Also in comparison to JP version our tickets well we can only use them on 5* units that can only currently be enhanced to 7* units meaning we don't get to use them on all 5* units only the ones that can currently being enhanced.

Honestly I feel this is a bit of a cop out and if it wasn't for the fact I've just pulled Nichol I'd honestly be so pissed off that you can only pull units currently reaching 7*

Also they're releasing in comparison to JP the batches of 7* a lot slower.

So yeah it's a bit annoying that we've got a select ticket we can use and yet none of the units currently in the summon pool I actually want to summon.

I take it we can't use them for units due to come out soon like hyou who everyone on Reddit seems to brand as a game changing character XD

We have to wait two weeks after his banner to use it and other 7* units you can't use it on their banner right away which doesn't make any sense.

He is top for a VERY long time I think Jecht several months later was the next unit to essentially dethrone him but even then he's still rated incredibly high

In this week's event, evidently very few of my companions are using the bonus-giving characters, so it is going to be a chore trying to get to that ridiculous amount of event currency for the ticket. I haven't struck a rainbow summon for ages either, which is odd because I thought they had slightly increased the rates. Finding time to do all the "optional" things (see: not optional, given the equipment rewarded is often vital for future battles) is discouraging me also.

They're not using them because the banner is awful and people are put off pulling my the moment because of the way 7*s are being handled among other things. I'm not even doing dailies on this banner I'm literally buying the regular summon tickets and that's it.

You just know that when it comes to a major player like hyou the drop rate will magically drop to the point that sales magically skyrocket. They keep stating that it's all down to rng but Ive seen several people post how much they spend on the app Vs how many sought after units they receive Vs those who use saved up tickets etc

There's a lot of tension that they might add Gabranth to his banner gabranth has been missing for a good while from the banners. But I think there'll be an uproar. Double rainbow banners aren't particularly well received because the rate is essentially slashed in half.

It's all hearsay at the moment but it wouldn't surprise me if they did that, it's not the first time they've done double rainbow banners.

Considering all the backlash they are getting for these uoc ticket cock ups I'd be surprised if they are stupid enough to poke the bear.

So used my uoc ticket to finish off the trust mastery for lightning. Have a really impressive attack boost to her I must say.

So it's turns out Gumi's original intent was to give us the second 5* select ticket behind a paywall they forgot to remove the graphics for a deleted bundle on the rotating thing on the homepage called units galore and it showed a select ticket.

Reddit found out posted about it (well done to them) and now gumi is massively backtracking and saying its their current intention to give us two tickets a month (note current, not original) bit the damage has been done because now everyone knows that the second select ticket (the 1000 mk currency Japan gets) was locked originally behind a paywall of course there's still a chance they'll make the stupid decision to release it as a bundle but that would cause a major uproar.

Annnd it just gets better so shantotto and Shadowlord were added to the select pool too early so gumi shut the game off for emergency maintenance and remove them from anyone who used their select tickets to get them (refunding the tickets) like are you actually joking me? is it actually hurting anyone to have the units a week early they're hardly the most highly powered units even at 7* there, what a fucking farce.

So I used the free 10+1 ticket and got a rainbow crystal.
I then click the game for the unit reveal to happen and end up with 10 blue and 1 yellow.
Raised a ticket with gumi but doubt heehaw will be done about it.

Shouldn't have happened, in the meantime one of my Ray Jack units is missing and I've had to submit a ticket, not the first time I've heard players comment that their units are missing.

I swear I'm this close to asking google play to refund all my previous purchases on this game the shit storm right now is also unbelievable, honestly it feels likes the game is completely ripping us off right now.

My main cloud unit was missing until I changed the filter to be only ffvii units then they both showed up.

The only filter I have in is sort by trust name and I have my other Ray Jack sitting there so it's nothing to do with that unfortunately.
