Final Fantasy XV (was Versus XIII)

Surprised there is no fan theory speculation going on about this game in this forum. I'm particularly liking the idea that FFXV borrows heavily from Norse mythology.

Spoiler: Also, Nyx speculation...

Nyx is a greek goddess "born of chaos", and folks believe in FFXV, the Nyx character may have been reincarnated as Ifrit, who sits on a chair that looks a lot like the Chaos artwork "Throne of Doom" from FFI. A bit of a stretch (it could just be Ifrit sitting on an homage to FFI, after all ), but *mind blown* if true.

I think it makes sense for there to be multiple Shivas depending on which version of ice she's being designed around. In FFXV it looks like it's ice as snow that's being stressed as opposed to ice as a glacier (FFVII, FFVIII).

The September 30th Active Time Report for FFXV recently ended, here are some worth noting information:

1. Today was the data lock, from now the game is locked and no changes will be made unless really serious. it´s being sent out to Sony/MS for certification. Bug fixing still continues.

2. A look at the new Final Fantasy XV-Focused Square Enix Cafe in Akihabara, Tokyo.

That's actually not a bad thought. Of course the king thing was definitely going for a Knights of the Round vibe, but they could continue running with that.

As I suspected, it's basically the list of music available in Theatrhythm, which somehow both makes sense and is slightly odd.

Odd that essentially the entire Dissidia soundtrack is on it.

Yeah for sure. I was surprised by the number of Dissidia tracks in theatrhythm too, those XV definitely has more of them. The mainline game categories are almost exactly the same in both titles though.
