God I can't wait to see what the deal with this is '10 years later' stuff. Also, Kingsglaive uniforms FTW :awesome: Ignis strikes a good figure.

Screenshots from the Judgement trailer of something I noticed...

Looks like Ardyn brings the crystal back to Insomnia... but what for?

EDIT:

The screenshot Flare was talking about her in previous post:

Older Noctis slumped over in what I'm assuming is the throne. :closedmonster:

^I love those so much.

So the crystal is now back at the throne? Also noticed the chains there and am reminded of that TGS 2016 trailer with Noctis seemingly stuck in the Crystal in some sort of odd realm(?) while Ardyn approaches. So like what's going oooooon?

Also I just remembered, Ardyn appears on the freezing train in the new trailer too. I'm really hoping he's the big bad of the game; I like having the antagonist present throughout most the game (like Sephiroth in VII).

All you guys getting excited, yet NO ONE is posting videos with English subtitles. How the heck is a guy supposed to get spoiled around here if the spoiler's not in his native language? :monster:

72 hours? Seriously? That's fucking worse than Yiazmat. I bet the fight is just as boring and repetitive too! :P. If it is done in stages, to keep it interesting, that's a fucking game in itself :monster:.

Obviously Mainstream gamers who think this is just Hack-n-slash will be way off the mark.

It's like Call of Duty players trying to play Metal Gear Solid like it's a run-n-gun FPS.

Seriously, do your homework before getting in to genres you're unfamiliar with.

72 in game hours more or less translates to 3 real life hours.

This is kind of the point of the "Clueless Gamer" series Conan does. He's completely clueless. :monster:

They specifically said 3 days real time though. Which I don't quite believe.

And I'd strangle his neck for being like that outside his show. :whatever:

I think that this still appeals to hack-n-slash RPG gamers too though - I know Mr Channy has always been like "I hate Final Fantasy games and their little dododododo....pew.. turn based systems." but as soon as I started showing him trailers, he's been stoked to get ahead of me on this one :monster:

Considering the weapon diversity (firearms), combos, and even Strealth kills in this, FFXV will probably be the first 'true' cross-genre FF we've really ever seen.

That could be good or it could be really weird, depending on how others plan on playing it.

As someone who enjoyed FF Origins though, I'm taking a traditional approach as my playstyle.
