Would like to see a RTS/TBS based around the Mass Effect 'verse (even if it was not so much an over-arching campaign, but split into several mini-campaigns: Rachni Wars, Krogan Rebellions, Morning War, First Contact War and ME3).

Finished the Insanity difficulty, Saren was a pussy.

I'm just sweeping up Adept/Engineer trophies now. Got all, but two Adept ones that require Throw and Singularity to be unlocked. Then Engineer time and hello, platinum!

Saren's always a pussy that gets saved by cut scenes. In Virmire I was kicking his ass and then the cut scene is like no sorry player is the other way around.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my quest for the platinum has been pushed back. But I only have two Engineer trophies left, so they should be done today!

So yeah, completed the conditions for Last Stand, but Object Rho didn't fire, so I had to reload, and didn't get the trophy.

So, gone onto ME3... they really fucked the hair colours up, huh? Udina's started using Just For Men, while Bailey stopped bleaching his hair... and my previously auburn Shepard went brown (seriously, below a certain length, all ME3 hair colours are brown/black/grey). Had to tinker, which left him strawberry blonde (Sol's bleached his hair, I guess). Been downloading the DLC. Omega and Leviathan took the best part of an hour each, so I hate to think what the 3.3GB of Citadel will take.

Also... completed the earth segment with Anderson without shooting a single Cannibal. Incinerate + Drone + Turret FTW.

Trying to decide whether to do Omega, Leviathan or go to this bloody summit next. So, yeah, I pulled Victus off of Menae, and have now been tootling around doing side missions. So, I've got about three bars of Paragon Reputation, almost got the minimum EMS, and we haven't even got governments on board yet!

As a note, Grissom Academy finished fairly funny for me - where the students have the tech barrier up (where you meet with

), the two Cerberus goons trying to threaten them didn't know how they died. I heard the dialogue, brought up the power wheel and fried them both with Incinerate... with Shepard not even looking at them! Then the next Cerberus squad took two minutes and ten deaths to realise the mech wasn't on their side any more...

I'm onto the second entry right now and loving it. I had a few problems at first (ask Carlie), but eventually got onto playing. Currently on Omega and have already recruited Kasumi, who I fucked love, and Zaeed.

She didn't get Kaidan in the beginning of the game and kept getting Liara instead, she was very frustrated by that to my amusement.

@Kris - I always wait after I finish the Citadel mission to do the DLCs but if you wanna do one before that I think Omega would be the best option.

Upon remembering that I inexplicably also always get Liara, I looked it up:

Took Carlie's advice, and met up with Wrex. I loved him and Garrus broing around, doubly satisfying as they were my main squad on the first game. Took Javik with me just cos.

I almost feel sorry for Cerberus. Almost.

Oh, and Dalatrass Linron, you're so non-genre savvy. "A bully is always left without friends", or some other well expressed point... after calling the krogan stupid and pointless, and being left alone in the room by a turian Primarch, a krogan Battlemaster, and a Citadel Spectre.

How do you make the Leviathan DLC even more atmospheric? By having Javik say "Commander. This place is wrong."

Lost Mordin, lost Thane, lost to Traynor at chess. Managed to stop Samara from offing herself, though.

Oh, and the ME1 randomness of the Conrad Verner sidequest. Doubly funny as I'd been interacting with most of the medi-gel dispensers in the holding area before I got the quest. So, yeah, my engineer saw they were wrong and fixed them all before anyone told him to.

ME3 was fucking awful. can't believe i wasted bandwidth getting it. it could so easily have been the best game ever, but noooooo.

i mean even a hairdresser or a bus driver could have come up with a better story for it.

I keep having little memories about the Citadel DLC that are slowly improving my mood.

I haven't played ME3 yet, as I'm on ME2 and don't spoil me btw, but I hear so many people saying Citadel DLC was how the game should've ended.

I've done most of the side missions and all loyalty missions, bar Legion because I haven't got him yet. I've almost slept with Garrus and Thane so far, but still remaining loyal to Kaidan.

If you've done everything get that Reaper IFF mission done! Legion is awesome <3

But also, have you done all the small planet missions? You don't need to scan every single one, just pop in to each planet then when it says "Anomaly Detected" it means there's a mission on there. Then you scan it .

I've been going around the small planets and scanning for missions, got the trophy for 5 last night! There are a few side missions I have to get, including going with Liara to get the Shadow Broker and that annoying Overlord one. But overall, I should be done with the game's story today/tomorrow and platinum the game by Thursday/Friday.

I've almost slept with Garrus and Thane so far, but still remaining loyal to Kaidan.

Yeah, I had that trouble too. Albeit it was Jack going "oh god you're such a dork, so needy, WHY CAN'T I QUIT YOU SHEPARD?!" and Tali inviting me to synch with her suit (is that what we're calling it now?) while trying to stay loyal to Liara.

The scene before the suicide mission is worth it, though. Especially with Miranda being your loyal XO.

Actually, the whole CO/XO friendship between my Shep and Miranda was awesome in the suicide mission. First the pep talk, then when everything started collapsing, Shepard grabbed Miranda, and then getting back on the Normandy at the end, Miranda hauled Shepard in.

Grissom Academy. "I had no idea the king of the boy scouts was coming." Her usual sort of "the fuck's with you" comment from ME2 about a Paragon... but with a smile.

Aww... I liked Nyreen. I'd heard you got Olag as a War Asset if you could get Aria to spare him, but I expected a Paragon interrupt, not that constant Paragoning would convince her to spare him.

Also, Adjutants: unknown xeno species, bulbous foreheads, mouth full of tentacles, alters the victim's genetic code? Great, where did the Reapers get Genestealers from??

And finally, best bit of dialogue in the whole mission: Engineer Paragon interrupt - "Maybe if I was a stupid grunt..."

1) it's too early for Miranda to attend
2) I went straight out and got the party stuff, so I missed getting to invite anyone outside of Liara, EDI and James up (and

...At which point should I reload the game? Before I started the DLC, or just after returning to the apartment after the main story part of it?
