And Red Sonja is blessed by a goddess. She used to be a completely homely filthy thief girl beforehand, so that's beside the point.

I hated those movies, and in the comics, he rarely looks well groomed, which pleases me.

It's a little known fact, but RED XIII's nose is positively ugmantastic among his race - yah, he's a real spud with his own kind. Does that count?

I watched the trailer with one eye shut. I don't like to see too much, but I'm very glad they'll be much more. Now all I have to do is open that rusty wallet and get a blu-ray player around 2010 time.. yah, I'm not buying it full price. I can wait for my mega-meals..

Here's a couple more Crisis Core images for comparison.

I think that a lot of the difference in facial expression and lighting. His facial expression is a lot more smoothed out than what they show throughout Crisis Core, although I don't think that too much about the overall character's been changed from the version used in the Crisis Core Cinematics, aside from a slight difference in eye color (CC:Blue, AC:Blue/Green) - could also be lighting related, and the fact that his scar is more visible now in the ACC version.

As much as it doesn't look like we'll get it here in the states, I'm looking forward to this. I'll especially enjoy the Cloud/Sephiroth fight extension, which is weird because I'm usually one of those people who thinks Sephiroth is overrated. *dodges incoming flames*

Why would we not get it her in the US when we got AC here in the US the last time?

There's absolutely no indication whatsoever that its Japanese exclusive.

I went to quote your post and almost clicked "report to moderator."

If there is one thing I pity Sephiroth for, it's his rabid fangirls. If he really existed Cloud would be the least of his worries.

So it might be coming to the states after all? Last I heard it would only be in Japan, but maybe I'm thinking of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. We did eventually get re:COM so, yeah they'll probably release this too. I'll stick with the Japanese voices though. Something about Sephiroth sounding like Nooj is just strange.
