RE4R got a price update on Steam on some regions and for mine it was brutal, a x2.67 increase (from 24.20 to 64.67 lmao). It went from the cheapest region to get the game to the #6 most expensive.

There is cut content, however the game isn’t smaller at all. it’s in fact larger. but there is one significant stretch of gameplay missing, and some areas are remixed and fused with others.
