You should watch the famous Sonic 06 Let's Play sometime, if you haven't already. That game crushed their souls. It crushed them like tissue paper in a Mangler.

By the end, the poor bastards are like singing in broken, monotone voices. They nearly cried when they finished Sonic's game and realized they still had 2/3rds of the game to go.

New Green Hill Zone demo which includes modern Sonic on October 18th
The blog says it'll be released a week later on PSN but on Twitter they clarified it was the 18th for both Xbox and PS3. At least in Europe.

Last time I played it was on Mega CD.

Same, but I never finished it because I never actually owned it. My mom worked for a small chain of video rental stores in the area when I was a kid and got free rentals on games and I think a discount (or maybe is was free) on console rentals. My brother and I had a Genesis so she'd periodically bring home the Sega CD if it wasn't reserved, along with a few games.
Also that trailer is the same as the first, just with a rather lame beginning.

Son of a bitch. Of all nights be to heading home. Now I can't play the demo until tomorrow... 
I last played Sonic CD a month and a half ago, but that was my first time ever finishing it because I finally just caved and played an emulator.
And when I play classic Sonic soon after playing Sonic 4 I keep hitting jump when I'm in the air because I got so used to using the homing thing to get forward momentum before landing.

I have issues with playing Sonic games other than 3&Knuckles where I keep expecting an insta-shield to pop up when I give the button another press. I was so good at using it to smash badniks I shouldn't have been able to hit and surviving poorly timed jumps, so I keep trying to use it even in Sonic 2 and stuff.
