Got the game ! I did get stuck on the first boss for a while because couldn't get Sonic to jump on Robotnik's long arm. xD But it only took two hits to defeat him ! That's a bit small. I just freed Rouge and unlocked the Sega Mega Drive and played some Sonic 1. c:

Sonic Generations is just completely awesome sauce its just so amazing. I can't help but sing along to City Escape and get hyped. Very fantastic game but the boss battles are poorly designed, well mainly the Egg Dragoon and Time Eater thing. I'll post more later I have to go to work now.

Just messing around, but it's interesting to do:
I also went and made the values pretty insane for boosting (I'm not even sure going over 1,000 has any real effect), I modified both boosting on the ground, and in the air.
As you can see.... Sonic truly is the fastest thing alive when this is done... the game can't keep up and takes revenge after a death.

My opinion on Generations:
It really surprises me how good the game is to be honest. I thought we wouldn't see a Sonic game this good.. well ever. I figured they'd be good but not THIS good. Best game since Sonic Adventure I say, by far. I haven't finished everything in the game, I'm trying to savor it
Glad Sega finally got it right, but it does suck that it too them so long

The game has been rated? Doesn't that mean it must be pretty fleshed out already? Sounds cool. I look forward to it, although Episode 1 could have been better in various aspects (music and physics, and sonic being a little bit too large on the screen), I think it was worth every cent. Always curious as to what kind of "zones" will appear.

I enjoyed Sonic 4, the physics took an act or two to become accustomed to, but I didn't think they were horrible that so many people said they were, they were just different. I look forward to Episode 2, especially after lessons they may have learned making Generations.
