I have to agree with the early Catwoman opinions, Nolan's casting of women can be hit (Scarlett in Prestige/Carrie Anne in Memento) or miss (Hillary Swank in Insomnia/Maggie G in Dark Knight). I think think Marion Cotillard will be okay as Talia, nothing special. I'm also worried that the rumored effects sequences will overshadow a more flimsy charactherization. Still I don't think it's going to suck. I'll probably stop noticing Bane's voice the more mayhem and

I personally find it interesting the amount of polynesians who make it into 'white' roles these days, but then I don't care. Bane being unintelligible concerns me only because the audience doesn't understand him where as his co-stars do. If everyone was asking "WTF did you just say?" then I'd have less problem.

For the most part anyway, Catwoman always has the same flirtatious personality, the cat costume, and a penchant for stealing shit.
