Batman is probably going to be put out of commission for a portion of the film. Bane is known for breaking Bat's back. He'll probably suffer the same or similar injuries in the film, which would explain the limp. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Catwoman takes over from there, which would explain her use of the Batpod. In fact, the entire scene where Batman asks Bane, "Why didn't you kill me" and bane responds saying, "Your punishment must be more severe" is basically mirroring this scene.

You mean comics Bane or Tom Hardy Bane? Because Tom Hardy's Bane is not that hairy. As for the comics, that is just the way he was designed/drawn, and some people are simply just that hairy.
