I just have to disagree about her growing out of the impulsiveness. After all, she decides to follow Cloud for the resemblance to Zack.

The whole group knew she could sense things as a Cetra. Honestly, I think she would have been able to at least tell them and still go. She's an adult, they can't staple her to the floor. If anything, she'd just give them the slip like she did in canon afterward and be like "welp, they know where I'll be".

And she was only dead "once Sephiroth decided" if you assume Sephiroth somehow knew what she was doing BEFORE she told Cloud. Otherwise? She was dead once she told the person who already demonstrated his brain could be hijacked by Sephiroth, and then Sephiroth decided.

And don't you think that would be an issue for her and Cloud in having a working relationship/family? One of the points of the movie is that Cloud needs to let others in; it comes up during the scene with Tifa. That Aerith has a similar issue doesn't help. One of those "different problems".

come on, Cloud leaves for days/weeks on end and Tifa calls him repeatedly. she's frustrated and he knows it. Maybe it's not stated outright, but it's pretty easy to pick up on.

He leaves for days/weeks the one time and Tifa calls to pass on work messages and ask how he is in an even tone. It's not like she's nagging or anything. Aerith would also call if he suddenly disappeared.

Aerith WAS irritated with Cloud in KH.

I just watched the scene earlier. I don't see her showing him that irritation, besides, perhaps, the small guilt trip of "you don't want me there when you go away again?" FF Aerith yells at Cloud and openly mocks and just outright denies him for the same kind of thing.

Wasn't the same Sephiroth body that killed Aerith the one that the party killed in the Whirlwind Maze? (the one that turned in Jenova∙DEATH and dropped the Black Materia). I though he only managed to kill Aerith because of the element of surprise

Your Aerithwank aside, the plots of manga and game do deviate from each other. They aren't just 'the same story,' same as the movie and novelization of ANH can't both stand.

I think ACC is so important because they(c/t) can build a relationship more stronger and healthier.

I just had an idea, you know I'm making an LTD site... I dunno why it's kinda pointless at this point... but I want it to be unique anyway. So I was thinking of maybe doing interviews with people involved in the LT a lot. Like well known Cleriths and Clotis.

What would be even more fun is if we could do the interviews on a camera. What do you guys think? Think that might be fun?

Let me ask you this. If Cloud was in love with Aerith then why is he hooking up with Tifa by the end of the game?

I have heard it said that some people would be happy with Cloud moving on with Tifa if it was made clear that Aerith was his first choice.
