Well everyone is important to Cloud, but I'm just curious if the expression "taisetsuna onna" has romantic implications because usually in animes it is. That' why I want to confirm if it's really the phrase used for Tifa, or even Aerith.

Right but we're talking about specific quotes here. I know Tifa and Aerith have both been labled as "important" but I don't know what the Japanese words were that were used.

I think Danseru is more concerned about Tifa being called "important woman" as opposed to anybody simply being "important". We all know everyone is important to Cloud. But there is "important woman" and "important friend" and "important person" and "imported goods".

"Taisetsuna onna (important woman)" and "taisetsuna hito (important person)" both have romantic connotations though, as far as I'm concerned. Though that may just be me reading too much shoujo manga.

Regardless of which kind of "important" Aerith or Tifa is to Cloud, it doesn't change the fact that Clack is canon.
