Why do I have to panic so much this is such a simple thing I really shouldn't worry and why is my brain going a mile a minute thinking there's something wrong? Why do I worry that there might be a problem with us moving in? blah

Freaking downpours out of NOWHERE.

Seriously, nowhere. Sunlight is streaming into my office, it's hot out, my car windows are open. I hear the girl next door say "Where did this rain come from?!" There is no difference in the lighting, but its pouring. So I ran out to shut my windows, not that it really matters, the car was already soaked. And now I am also soaked, feel ridiculous, and the rain stopped almost immediately after I put up my windows.

What the hell?!

- My cousin's inability at roof guttering has reared its ugly head again. First time it caused issues for my grandparent's house (still does), now its causing issue for my home. That combined with no one wanting me to fix it, and rather spending $110 on someone to do it for us (only to clean the gutters out, not fix them though). Derp. When the professional came out to do a quote and gave remarks about how crappy everything was, I was laughing and groaning right along with him.
