There's probably a number of reasons for it:
* Worry / depression / that kinda thing (you do that a lot guy, and you should stop it
)
* Bad / irregular / unhealthy / suboptimal eating habits. Breakfast is good. Soda isn't, and (imho) should be reserved for special occasions. (although tbh I drink two cans a day these days, curse you, free soda at work
).
* Irregular lifestyle, lack of sleep (due to irregular lifestyle), lack of discipline, andsoforth.
Ignore the above post, I've become a bit of a self-improvement freak in the past months,
