THere wasn't too much opportunity for him to say it in Advent Chldren, but I REALLY wanted him to saw it in Dirge of Cerberus when he shows up and destroys the reactor. He says "Sorry about the wait," but 'Let's mosey' would have been PERFECT!

By the way, hitoshura or Schala, what was the japanese line in the game that translated to mosey?

No, he only says that in the English version. In the Japanese version he talks about how he was wearing himself down until there was nothing less. The line is far more serious and actually makes sense.

But yeah, the line that's there in the English version was kind of funny.

Yeah I thought he just said in the japanese version that he "lost weight" (not exactly of course) because he was dragging. So it made a little more sense, but yeah, it was still a bit of a joke.

And to be fair to the translators, the writers didn't give them a whole lot of options using onomatopoeia as a major load-bearing dialogue. Somehow I don't think Tifa going "kkkkgggggghhhhhhhhh" would have meant the same thing to english-speakers.

heehee, I don't see that happening, but I did always kinda think it was funny that One-Winged Angel IS Sephiroth's theme even though Those Chosen By the Planet was literally for the entire game.

I really loved that part of On the Way to a Smile. With Barret shouting drunken orders as Cloud went around behind him quietly correcting them.
Very human, I thought that was great.

It was "I think I've lost some weight. All that dragging wore it off."

On the other hand, having her SAY dragging was an entirely valid alternative. That's what I did when I toyed around with translations, why not they? Oh well.

I'd like to see Cloud acting happy with his family in the bonus movie or the epilogue somewhere.

B/c he was weighted down by his guilt? He feels lighter b/c he's actually 'trying' to forgive himself now. It relates to Tifa's 'zuruzuru' and Cloud's asking Vincent 'Can sins ever be forgiven?'

On topic. I would like to see either Cloud or Tifa or both--LAUGH. Yeah, simple as that. Is that too much to ask Square?
