So my friend gave me news today that the next time she goes to California I can go for sure. And I don't have to be near her or her boyfriend and I can go wherever I want.

I forgot to tell this story before

Last Saturday, two drivers didn't show up for work. Another driver even paid them to close for him, so he could be off early, and they took his money and I guess ran with it. Anyway, while me and a couple others were saying maybe something had happened to them because they WERE friends and were going to a party Friday after work. Neither one of them were answering their phone or anything, so it was a possibility, but others pretty much said they were total jerks.

Turned out those others were right, as those two did actually just decide to randomly quit and screw us all over.

BUT, the way this was found out, was the manager called one of the boys' dad and left him a message asking if the boys were okay and that they haven't been to work in a few days. Apparently this enraged the dad that his kid quit his job for no reason, and he kicked him out of the house This same boy then came into work to scream at the manager saying she needed to call his dad to set the record straight... uh... what?.. you DID quit, you silly


The other guy did eventually apologize and admitted he was pressured by the first guy, so he can have his job back if he wants, cause he was a really good worker. But... I just thought this was funny. Kid quits his job for no reason, screws us all over, and now he doesn't have a place to live and has no money. Whoops, guess that wasn't such a good idea to quit for no reason.
