srsly, just have finn and jake on their epic dungeon quests with random song outbursts and the occasional crush/shiptease. DON'T MESS WITH THE TRIED AND TRUE FORMULA although if marceline somehow fixes this situation it'll all be worth it.

Incidentally, I'm curious now- Finn was declared the only 'Human' in one episode. So that makes me wonder what the roughly humanoid people we've met on several occasions were. (Esp. the little girl from the town of thieves). Near humans?
Also, I've not caught every ep (I'm out and about on Monday evenings and don't always catch the episodes) but has Marc's and PB's past been elaborated on? Like how they became best friends despite their (apparent) massive age difference?
And yes, I know the series plays rather fast and loose with continuity at times (Re: Jake's parents personalities between 'appearances') but I'm curious.
I also need to catch this new ep, but it is part 1 of a 2 parter, yes? I don't expect that the de-aging will remain, but I expect some other change to the status quo will arise.

my friend from storyboards from future episodes on /co/ that depicted adult pb, so it's entirely likely she will be aged back up. However, there have been discussions of aging up Finn as well since the actor is going through puberty. SO IDK LOL
