Granted there are a few who manage to break the stereotype but based on various political surveys I've seen, Mormons are the most consistently conservative religious bloc in this country.

They did, actually . At least, I thought ACC was better than DF 1 / 2, although not as long / extensive in its fighting sequences. And with less fanboy/girl influences / service.

Perhaps she simply doesn't want him involved. The feather speaks strongly of Rinoa, and maybe this is a reverse KH where Cloud is looking for her?

Oh, that looked like a dream to me. I thought Tifa saw herself losing and failing Cloud, so that's why she was able to pwn all those guys after waking up. Were those scenes not connected at all? XD

I took it as her remembering how she ended up in the Dead Fantasy battle. I mean she did just come outta nowhere. Like they are all pulled in (by Rinoa perhaps). I could be wrong. It's rare, but it happens.

I thought it was a flashback too, hence why I was wondering why she backed like that when she saw Cloud.

I must say though, the sword falling with her definitely made me think "Tifa is really Cloud's reason to be a hero duh" lol. Which I fangirled. But Still my Tifa at the end ;_;

Interesting. Looks like she's minus the scar he depicted her with in promo art in the DFV preview. Mayhaps she gets it during the course of the Dead Fantasy.

Also, apparently there's a rumor that she's planned to kick the bucket in the series.
