I'm so ready to go on a social media sabbatical all month long in March.

It's even less about spoilers, my fear once the game comes out, but impressions. I don't want my experience to be colored by what anyone else says about it, and that's more of a mood-changer to me than a 'spoiler'.

And maybe even all of the FFVII sub-forums, due to subtle "impression-spoilers." :/ I have intentionally not watched Vyzz's last few videos. Until then, all I need to know is what Rufus looks like, that's it.

This will be the first Game Awards show I will watch since 2004. Hope it and REmake 3 get shown off immediately so I can turn it off right after lol.

I stopped after the trailer that revealed Tifa. I don't care to see anything else, or hear about anything than what we've already seen and heard. I hate when there are 5 trailers before the release

Well it's all a moot point anyway. Between Jump Festa, TGA, and the hints of a State of Play happening just before even that, we will at least see a single trailer in the coming weeks.

I really don't need any more character reveals. I want to see some real and uninterrupted cut scenes and interactions between the crew we have already seen.

I swear the most significant part of the TGS trailer (apart from frog Cloud and his wee tiny Buster Sword) was 1 second at the very end.

Watching the slight facial expression change on Clouds face gets me the most excited. He turns to see what the hold up is with that tough guy look and then we watch that facade crack for just a second as that kind and compassionate inner Cloud shines through before putting that mask back on.

His eyes told an entire story and they barely shifted and only for a fraction of a second. You knew he understood the hurt and devastation, but wouldn't be caught dead showing it to the world. Chills.

I think it's gotten much better... but they still occasionally lean on celebrity bullshit from time to time.

I've found the best way to watch the Game Awards is to be away from the internet during the show, and then skip through everything that's not a trailer. I think Keighley does a great job with the show (I don't get the hate towards him from some people) but I just hate award shows.
